1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

✔️ Returns and exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
✔️ Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
✔️ Hair extensions that have been washed, styled, or cut are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. Non-Returnable Items

🚫 Used or altered hair extensions.
🚫 Custom or discounted items.
🚫 Accessories and hair care products.

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

✔️ Email support@therealhairsolutions.com with your order number and reason for return.
✔️ Once approved, ship the item back within 3 days. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Refunds & Processing

✔️ Refunds will be credited in 5-7 working days.
✔️ Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
